Autumn 2009, Milton Keynes, UK Arizion Limited received excellent delegate feedback following the Customer Service Communications Workshop for Managers, lead by Arizion managing director Geoff Langston.
The workshop was held in collaboration with the Institute of Customer Service and the Milton Keynes & North Bucks Chamber of Commerce, forming part of its Essential Business Skills training programme focused on customer service and motivation.

He discussed the need for a cultural change in some organisations to better understand customer needs and improve communications to customers. Geoff Langston then led a lively interactive session; identifying advanced communications techniques and showing how applying them will help managers improve staff behaviour and attitude significantly and build team and personal motivation. Geoff demonstrated how these improvements would enable an organisation to deliver consistent customer service excellence to help retain loyal customers willing to give positive references.
In a commercial environment it costs around forty per cent more to acquire a new customer as apposed to servicing or selling to an existing one. A stable and loyal customer base is important for success and growth. Excellent customer service will open the door to business growth but effective communications is the key to unlock it.
