Briony Lalor has a wealth of experience in personal and organisational development gained from the private, public and voluntary sector.  She is skilled at turning the complex into the accessible and the theoretical into reality. Having managed significant change projects Briony provides the challenge that organisations, teams and individuals need when seeking to make sustainable change.   Briony holds an MA in Personal & Organisational development is a member of the CIDP, a qualified performance coach and NLP practitioner.
Annie Mulady has over 20 years hands-on front-line and team management experience coupled with a clear and energetic communication style which is an excellent combination for service and management skills training and development.  Annie's training style is extremely participative and engaging using activities and exercises to promote learning and skill building. Annie makes sure that she is able to link training activities to the workplace, ensuring that learning is always relevant and aligned to the business and the business priorities.
Tony Shales has a strong background in sales having been the Sales Director of an electronic information services and message delivery organisation. He is a qualified coach and NLP Practitioner.
